📦 Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most US orders ship from our US-based warehouse via UniUni+ or USPS with full tracking provided. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by destination:

International orders ship via CJPacket, YunExpress, or GOFO+ depending on your destination. Full tracking is included on all international shipments.
💰 Duties, Taxes & Customs
European Union: For orders under €150, VAT is collected and declared at the time of shipment through the IOSS scheme — your customers will not be charged additional VAT upon delivery.
United Kingdom: For orders up to £135, applicable VAT may be collected at checkout.
All other international orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.
📍 Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via your order confirmation page.
⚠️ Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Weather or carrier disruptions
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
