📦 Shipping Questions
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. Standard shipping to the US can take 6–23 business days depending on the product and supplier. Processing takes an additional 1–4 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete physical street address when placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@lejeantravels2.com before ordering.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No! We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all customs fees, duties, and taxes are included in your checkout total. There are no surprise charges at delivery.
🔍 Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.
My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?
Some of our carriers provide full route tracking only, meaning updates may not appear at every step. Please allow a few extra days. If there's still no movement after 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
I haven't received my order within the estimated window. What now?
First, check your tracking number and verify your shipping address was entered correctly. If the issue persists, email us at support@lejeantravels2.com and we'll help resolve it.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please contact us at support@lejeantravels2.com to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you received the wrong size or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're so sorry! Please email us at support@lejeantravels2.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@lejeantravels2.com if you need to make changes.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@lejeantravels2.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we may not be able to redirect the package.
👗 Sizing & Products
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart or sizing notes. As a general rule, our apparel runs in Asian sizing which tends to run 1–2 sizes smaller than US/European sizing. When in doubt, size up!
Are the colors accurate to what I see on screen?
We do our best to display accurate product photos, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting. If you have questions about a specific color, feel free to contact us.
Are your phone cases compatible with my phone model?
Yes! Each phone case listing specifies compatible models. Please select your exact model from the dropdown before adding to cart.
Do your phone cases support MagSafe / wireless charging?
Some of our cases are MagSafe compatible — this is noted in the product title and description. Look for “MagSafe” in the product name to confirm compatibility.
