🕐 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (US): 6–23 business days
- Most orders arrive within: 8–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
📍 Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete physical address at checkout.
- Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on destination country.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.
- Some shipments use carriers that only support full tracking (not last-mile tracking). This means tracking may not update at every step of the journey.
- If your tracking number is not updating, please allow a few more days before contacting us.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping availability varies by product. If you are outside the US and interested in ordering, please contact us at support@lejeantravels2.com before placing your order.
